Access to EMR via VPN requires the new URL to be used. Should you experience any difficulty accessing Centricity EMR contact the CIS Team at 915-215-4111 Option 3. For any difficulties with Cerner contact the El Paso Help Desk at 915-215-4111 Option 1.
