Zero Clients- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
The EMR Department in conjunction with the IT Networking Team is currently working on upgrading the
Zero Client environment used in the clinics. As a reminder, always log into EMR using the EMRZero icon
on all Zero Clients. EMRSSO should only be used on desktop computers through the Citrix logon. Logging
in correctly will connect the appropriate printers and will avoid any printing issues.
