Declined Email Address
Patients’ email address is visible on the far right side of the patient banner. The email field will
be empty when an email address is not available.
In an effort to have all patients that declined to provide an email address reflect in EMR, we are
recommending staff to enter DECLINEDEMAIL@NONE.COM and
select Patient Declined on the Registration field on CBIZ.

Wi-Fi Connection
Faculty and Staff are allowed to be logged into 3 Wi-Fi enabled devices at the same time. Users attempting to log
into additional devices will encounter an error message. We recommend to disconnect from any logged in devices to
avoid any issues. iPads used for Surveys and DocuSign can be disconnected by selecting the blue information icon.
Click Forget This Network to disconnect Wi-Fi access from device.

- EMR Users who are missing icons when accessing a Zero Client should contact the EMR Department for assistance.
