Doxy.Me Implementation

Doxy.Me is the new Telemedicine platform used by TTUHSC El Paso clinics at both Main Campus and Transmountain Practice. Users will be able to host Virtual Visits with patients on Doxy.Me via Video and Audio.

Doxy.Me Site Access

Doxy.Me may be accessed by using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari at the following URL: https://ttuhscep.doxy.me/. Internet Explorer is not a supported browser and should not be used. To ensure a stable connection while using Doxy.Me on your mobile device, please make sure to connect to HSC-AIR. Personal Hotspot or Internet from your cell phone provider is not recommended due to potential connection latency. Doxy.Me icon has been added to the clinic desktops for easy access with Google Chrome as the default browser. Access to Doxy.Me is now available on Zero Clients using Edge, however, sound and video are not available.

Central Registration Demographic Updates

In order to facilitate Central Registration with minimizing the amount of Duplicate Accounts in CBIZ, the SSN and DOB fields are restricted fields for existing registrations. Modifications to the SSN and DOB fields will now need to be requested from Central Registration via the MPIP SharePoint Site. Supporting documentation such as a State Issued ID, Passport or Social Security Card will need to be submitted in order for the request to be completed.

MPIP SharePoint Site may also be accessed from within CBIZ by selecting Links on the vertical tool bar. Select Sharepoint to launch the site.

Select Central Registration Demographic Updates under the Issues menu.

Select New Item, Complete the form with all required fields, select Attach File to include supporting documentation. Click Save to submit
