HSCEP OP 75.11, Health Surveillance Program for the TTUHSC El Paso Institutional Health and Infection Control Program, describes enterprise-wide communicable disease surveillance, vaccinations, infection control, and exposure management to reduce the risk of exposure and transmission of communicable diseases and to be compliant with regulations.
