Faculty Affairs
The Office of Faculty Affairs oversees the policies, procedures and services related to faculty recruitment, credentialing, appointment, orientation, annual evaluation, tenure and promotion, comprehensive performance evaluation, and faculty retention for the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine.
This office advises department chairs, administrative officers, and faculty members at all career stages on policies regarding faculty recruitment, compensation, leaves of absence, counseling, grievance, and appeal procedures.
The associate dean for faculty affairs serves as the liaison to the Faculty Council, the Dean's Council, and the Academic Council.
