Federal Government Contracts

Most contracts that TTUHSC receives from the U.S. Government contain insurance and indemnity provisions that TTUHSC cannot accept. Without deletion of such provisions or a written waiver, TTUHSC will not enter into the contract, requiring return of the contract to the negotiator and delay of the process.

The U.S. Government will usually waive both the insurance provision and the indemnity provision.
