Assignment Clause

This provision protects TTUHSC against the other party turning over their rights or obligations to another party, such as during a buy-out, without first obtaining authorized written consent through TTUHSC's contract review procedures.

Neither party shall have the right to assign or transfer their rights to any third parties under this agreement without prior written consent of the nontransferring party.
