Documents Incorporated By Reference

Often, contracts refer to things that are not physically attached to the contract, but are incorporated by reference. The person originating the contract should include a memorandum stating that those incorporated items are available and that the persons responsible under this contract have read them, or are aware of their content, and can verify that TTUHSC has the ability or authority to agree to the items and that they also agree to the items.
