Conflict Clause

Many times a contract requires our employees to follow the policies, rules, and regulations of another institution, such as a hospital. When those provisions are included in a contract, we should add limiting language as follows:

 ...only insofar as there is no conflict with the policies, rules, and regulations of TTUHSC or the laws and Constitution of the State of Texas.
