Compliance Provision

TTUHSC maintains an institutional compliance program to monitor that the conduct of business relationships (1) is in accordance with TTUHSC’s standards of ethics and business integrity, and
(2) is in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Therefore, each contract that creates an expense to TTUHSC shall contain an approved Compliance Provision

That compliance provision has been included in each "expense to TTUHSC" contract template, all of which may be found in the Contract Templates section of the Contracting Office.
