New Access to EMR - Citrix Receiver Update
The EMR team has been working on updating all Texas Tech El Paso clinics computers with the new access to Centricity
EMR since April 04, and with an estimated completion date of June 06. This new access will reduce the problem with
concurrent connections. This update will NOT impact the way EMR currently works; it is just an update as the current
plugin is no longer supported by the vendor.

- Friendly reminder: While it is easy to make every effort to protect PHI and confidential data while at work,
it is also best practice to refrain from discussing confidential scenarios between co-workers or associates
while in a public forum such as the TTUHSC El Paso shuttle or other open area facilities. Someone could
