Students will be notified via their TTUHSC El Paso-assigned email address when billing statements are available for viewing on the eBill website. The eBill website can be accessed through the MyTech portal for students at https://webraider.ttuhsc.edu/ under Student Account, Health Sciences Center eBill, Make a Payment. Payment by check or credit card may be made directly on the eBill website. Students may also choose to set up guest users on their account so parents, employers, or others may make payments on their tuition and fee account. Guest users only have access to student tuition and fee statements; no other student record information is available through the eBill website.
In order to ensure security of your personal financial information, the Office of Student Business Services will no longer accept credit card payments by phone or fax, mail, or in person.

Credit Card Service Fee
Effective September 1, 2021 the credit card service fee will increase to 2.85 percent ($3.00 minimum service fee) of the credit card payment which will be charged by TTUHSC El Paso’s third party processor, Touchnet PayPath®.
