- Failure to pay by the established due date and complete the Financial Responsibility Agreement will result in cancellation of enrollment.
- Cancellation will occur on July 31, 2026 for year one and on September 28, 2026 for years two, three, and four.
- Students registering after preregistration, or students making changes to their billing after the initial billing email, should check balances online through the WebRaider Portal.

- Payment due dates are the same for all Hunt School of Dental Medicine students, regardless of registration date.
- Late payment charges will apply to all accounts that have not met minimum payment requirements as of July 1, 2026 for year one and August 26, 2026 for years two, three, and four.
- Students who register after July 1, 2026 for year one and after August 26, 2026 for years two, three, and four have two business days to make payment before late penalties are assessed.

Financial Aid
Financial aid will be applied toward any outstanding tuition and fee balances on June 27, 2026 for year one and August 22, 2026 for years two, three, and four.
Students whose tuition and fees are not fully covered by financial aid but are at least 50% paid will be assessed a billing fee.
Students whose financial aid has not been applied by the initial payment due date must either pay their balance in full or enroll in an installment plan to avoid being assessed a late payment fee.
