How Do I Request a Transcript?

A Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso transcript includes a record of a student's enrollment at TTUHSC El Paso. Student must request each school and degree individually to obtain all academic history at TTUHSC El Paso.

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso has retained Parchment to process electronic, USPS first class mail, PDF transcript orders and expedited shipping transcript orders only. You can contact Parchment Customer Support at Parchment Chat Support or at phone number 847-716-3005.

Standard processing turnaround time once you place your official transcript order online is 1 - 3 business days.

Students may choose to order a transcript electronically (eTranscript or paper).

  • Transcripts delivered electronically will incur a 14.95 processing Fee by Parchment
  • Paper Transcripts delivered via USPS will incur a 16.75 process Fee by Parchment

Current Students

  • Log on to the WebRaider Student Portal and click on the "MyTech El Paso" tab.
  • Under the "Manage My Enrollment" section, select Transcript, then select "TTUHSC ELP Transcript Request" for electronic/PDF or expedited shipping orders ONLY.

If you are an undergraduate or graduate Texas Tech University or Lubbock TTUHSC student requesting admission to a TTUHSC El Paso program, DO NOT order a transcript. The schools have access to view transcripts. It does not need to be mailed. 

Alumni and Former Students

Students enrolled PRIOR TO JUNE 2018, without continued enrollment after this date at the El Paso campus, must request academic transcripts from HSC Lubbock. Requests for HSC Lubbock transcripts can be made by clicking: Lubbock Registrar.  Effective June 4, 2018 TTUHSC El Paso was established as a separate degree granting institution from TTUHSC Lubbock.

Former students and alumni who attended or graduated from TTUHSC EL Paso on or AFTER JUNE 2018 and need a copy of their TTUHSC El Paso educational record via electronic/PDF or expedited shipping must request an official transcript directly from Parchment using the following link: Order Credentials from Parchment

Unofficial transcripts are only available to currently enrolled students at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, and can be accessed through the MyTech El Paso WebRaider Student Portal. To print a copy of the TTUHSC El Paso unofficial transcript, follow these steps: 

  • Log on to the WebRaider Student Portal and click on the "MyTech El Paso" tab.
  • Under the "Manage My Enrollment" section, select Transcript, then select "Unofficial Transcript - View Online". (note this is for viewing purposes only)
  • Select the appropriate term.
  • Click "Submit".

Please email epregistrar@ttuhsc.edu with the upload information for your transcript and Dean's Letter (MSPE). Please request an "ERAS transcript," along with the Dean's Letter to avoid any upload issues. PDFs requested from Parchment will appear encrypted.

The Office of the Registrar uploads the documents as to the specifications required on the MIDUS instructions. The Office of the Registrar is not responsible for verifications of those documents once they are uploaded and a confirmation is received. The applicant will then be responsible to ensure the documents are accessible on the receiving end. 

Dean's Letters (MSPE's) are only released directly to a program or application service.  They are not released to students without review and approval by the Associate Dean of Student Affairs for the School of Medicine and Office of General Counsel. 

General Information

Please Note:

  • Students have the legal right to review and inspect their educational record. Students wishing to do so must submit their request in writing to the Registrar, who will in turn schedule an appointment within 45 days of receipt of the request.
  • An official transcript will not be issued unless all financial obligations to the university have been satisfied.
  • Official transcripts will not be faxed. They may only be picked up or mailed. If this is your first semester at TTUHSC El Paso, you will not have an official transcript until grades are posted.
  • All transcript orders will be reviewed for holds and audited to insure accuracy. Depending upon the time of year, expect a minimum fulfillment time of 5 business days.
  • In the Fall of 2008, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso underwent a student record system conversion. Every effort has been made to insure the accuracy of your academic record. Should you note any discrepancies, please contact our offices immediately for a more detailed review of your record.
