When speaking of office ergonomics, a properly set up work station will mean you will be less likely to have problems such as headaches, muscle strains and back pain. There are other serious conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome that can result from repetitive activities. Having a properly set up workstation is key to increase productively while reducing stress and possible injury.
