The Paul L. Foster School of Medicine offers nine residency programs with spots for over 200 resident seats.
There are unique opportunities and challenges in an area that is the second largest metroplex on the planet. Over two million people live within the El Paso-Juarez area, and many are medically underserved. Access to health care can be difficult to obtain here for a variety of reasons, such as language barriers and geographical location.
Residents at TTUHSC El Paso are dedicated to serving and learning about a population that is historically under-researched and underserved.
