Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso proudly serves our community's health needs. As part of that service, Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso at Transmountain, located in Northwest El Paso, provides advanced or specialty training to physicians to stay and serve our region.

This advanced or specialty training is known as residency training. These licensed physicians have joined our practice to advance their skills and serve our community. We proudly have 37 outstanding internal medicine resident physicians at Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso at Transmountain.

Our residents graduated from highly reputable national and international medical schools. To support this graduate medical education program, our Texas Tech Health El Paso Foster School of Medicine faculty work hand-in-hand to supervise these physicians.
