Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso is building new facilities and remodeling existing spaces to deliver advanced health care and research while providing the best experience for patients, staff and students.  Project Development and Engineering is set to oversee and manage the development of Texas Tech Health El Paso’s physical environment in support of the university’s goals in education, research and patient care.
