The TTUHSC El Paso Office of Student Business Services is primarily responsible for billing and receiving tuition and fees, and other academic-related charges.

Institutional Refund Policy
Refund Policies for Tuition and Fees. Texas Education Code (TEC), §54.006 provides the amount of tuition and fees to be refunded to students who drop courses or withdraw from the institution. Class day count is based on the official academic calendar for the school, and not the specific course dates.
