Retelling Your Story: The Parent Survivor Tells Their Story on Grief

Every year in the United States, thousands of parents will have their adolescent to young adult children killed by a drunk or impaired driver. Parents will be left with the trauma of losing a child in a violent manner. We want to know about your grief. We want to give you the opportunity to speak about your grief and retell your story. If you have lost an adolescent to adult child within the past two years, and you, the parent, are 60 years of age or younger, we would like to talk with you.

The study will take approximately two hours of your time.

Why would you want to know about my grief? Please watch the video below to learn more.

If you would like to retell your story, please click on the button below, and a researcher will contact you.

I'm interested.

If you know someone who might be interested, please share the link. Every parent’s grief matters.
