Cost of attendance (COA) information is available per school: - Enrollment Credit Hours
Students must be enrolled half-time in an accredited degree program to receive Federal and State financial aid, with enrollment hours verified at disbursement.

TTUHSC EL Paso does not enroll First-Time, First Year students. As such, this regulation is not applicable. - Refund Policy
The refund policy stipulates the amount of tuition and fees that are refunded to students who drop a class or withdraw from the university. - Requirements for Withdrawal
Students who are withdrawing from the university after completing registration for the semester must first secure the dean’s approval. - Repayment Policy (Return of Federal Financial Aid)
This link provides information on financial aid repayment when a student withdraws from all coursework. Student financial aid is awarded to students under the assumption that they will complete the entire period for which the assistance is awarded. When a student withdraws, the student may no longer be eligible for the full amount of financial aid that the student was originally scheduled to receive. - Textbook Information

Constitution Day is celebrated each year on September 17th . If the 17th of September occurs on a weekend, the Constitution Day will be recognized on the workday closest to that date.

- Entrance Counseling for Student Loan Borrowers and Master Promissory
Note: All first-time financial aid loan borrowers must complete a Direct Loan Stafford/Unsubsidized loan entrance counseling and Master Promissory Note before a loan may be disbursed. - Exit Counseling for Student Loan Borrowers
Student financial aid recipients are required to complete a Direct Loan Exit Counseling for any of the following reasons: dismissal, leave of absence, failure to re-enroll, less than half-time status, withdrawal or graduation.

Voter Registration
The University encourages all students to participate in local, state, and national elections. In order to vote in the State of Texas students must register at least 30 days prior to an election.
