The Texas Tech Health El Paso Institutional Review Board (IRB) is responsible for reviewing and monitoring all research involving human subjects. The IRB ensures that research conducted by Texas Tech Health El Paso faculty, staff, or students complies with federal regulations and institutional policies to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of research participants.
