Division of Critical Care Research
Overview
The Division of Critical Care Research is dedicated to advancing the care of critically ill and injured patients through clinically driven investigation in Trauma Surgery, Acute Care Surgery, and General Surgery. Our research focuses on improving patient outcomes through high-quality retrospective analyses, outcomes research, database-driven studies, and investigations that inform and transform clinical practice.
Fellows are provided structured mentorship and institutional support to design and complete an IRB-approved research study, with the goal of producing scholarly work suitable for presentation and publication.
