Wellness at Our Residency Program
At our program, wellness isn’t just about physical health—it’s about a balanced, multi-dimensional approach. We emphasize physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental well-being. Our goal is to support your growth, fulfillment, and joy throughout residency.
Wellness Activities
Every three months, residents enjoy a protected half-day (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) for wellness activities. From bowling and axe-throwing to food trips and arcade games, these activities are designed to help you unwind, relax, and simply have fun!
Birthday Month Celebrations
We love celebrating our residents! Each month, we host a mini celebration in the residents’ lounge for those with birthdays. It’s a time to come together as a group, enjoy food and cake, and create lasting memories.
Residents’ Lounge
Our fully equipped residents’ lounge is your safe space to recharge. Whether you want to grab a bite, unwind, or spend time with colleagues, this is where you can relax and feel at home. Residents also play a key role in enhancing this shared space, fostering well-being and camaraderie.
Residency Retreat
Every year, we dedicate a full day for an annual retreat where clinical duties are set aside. This is more than just a break—it’s an opportunity to connect, reflect, and evaluate all aspects of the program. Residents share their experiences, provide feedback, and collaborate on new ideas, all while strengthening bonds with each other.
Spontaneous Gatherings
Residency life can be challenging, but our residents create strong, supportive friendships. Beyond scheduled events, you’ll find spontaneous gatherings that make residency even more rewarding—whether it’s a quick dinner, a movie night, or a casual hangout.
