Step 1: Submit Your Online Application
- Complete and submit your application by following the guide before the deadline.
Step 2: Pay the Application Fee
- A non-refundable fee of $45 is required.
Step 3: Submit Supporting Documents (Details Below)
▶️ Personal Statement
- Describe your motivation for applying and career goals.
▶️ Two Letters of Recommendation
- Must be from academic or professional references.
▶️ Official GRE/MCAT/DAT Scores
- GRE Code: 7452
- Scores must be less than 5 years old.
- MCAT/DAT scores can be used instead of GRE upon approval.
- GRE score reports and additional information must be sent directly from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). For more details, visit ETS GRE.
▶️ Official Transcripts
- Transcripts must come from all accredited U.S. institutions attended.
▶️ Residency & Immigration Documents (If applicable)
- Permanent residents must submit both sides of their green card.
- Oath of Residency required for Texas tuition eligibility.
▶️ Immunization Records
- Proof of immunizations must be submitted before matriculation in accordance with policy HSCEP OP 75.11
