How to Apply (Step-by-Step Guide)
Step 1: Submit Your Online Application

Step 2: Pay the Application Fee
- A non-refundable fee of $45 is required.
Step 3: Submit Supporting Documents (Details Below)
▶️ Personal Statement
- Describe your motivation for applying and career goals.
▶️ Two Letters of Recommendation
- Must be from academic or professional references.
▶️Standardized Test Scores (Required Based on Track Selected)
- MCAT or DAT Scores Required (No photocopies accepted)
- Scores must be less than five years old.

- Transcripts must come from all accredited U.S. institutions attended.
▶️ Residency & Immigration Documents (If applicable)
- Permanent residents must submit both sides of their green card.
- Oath of Residency required for Texas tuition eligibility.
▶️ Immunization Records
- Proof of immunizations must be submitted before matriculation in accordance with policy HSCEP OP 75.11

Important Information
✔️ Completion Benefits: Graduates may apply for the M.S. in Biomedical Sciences (Admission is NOT guaranteed).
✔️ Application Fee Waivers: Available at the dean’s discretion.
✔️ Residency & Immigration Requirements:
- Immigrant permanent residents must submit a copy of their green card (front & back).
- An Oath of Residency is required for those claiming Texas residency.
✔️ Immunization Requirements: - Immunization documentation must be provided before matriculation.

✔️ Placement Guarantee Fee: A $50 deposit is required upon offer of admission.
