About Institutional Research and Effectiveness
The Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (OIRE) supports Texas Tech Health El Paso through institutional data, reporting, planning and evaluation. Its work helps the university assess progress, meet reporting and accreditation responsibilities, and use evidence to support institutional decision-making and continuous improvement.
