Application Process

Step 1: Submit Your Application
Interested applicants should email the following documents to Fellowship Director Dr. Ricardo Salazar, M.D. at ricardo.salazar@ttuhsc.edu:

• Current curriculum vitae (CV)
• Cover letter detailing your interest and career goals in geriatric psychiatry
  
  

Step 2: Provide Additional Materials
Applicants must also submit the following:

1. Letters of Recommendation

   • Three letters, including one from your general psychiatry program director.
   • The program director's letter must include a training summary.
     
     

2. Academic Documentation

   • Original transcript of USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3 scores
   • Medical school transcript
   • Copy of medical school diploma
     
     

3. For International Medical Graduates

   • ECFMG certificate
   • Visa status information
