EnfRNte: Your Pathway to Nursing Success

EnfRNte is an initiative designed to inspire and support the next generation of nurses. Established in 2020 through a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) grant from the U.S. Department of Education, this program serves as a one-stop resource for aspiring nursing professionals.

Our Mission

EnfRNte aims to educate, promote, and recruit future nurses while addressing the growing demand for healthcare professionals in El Paso, West Texas, and Southern New Mexico. By focusing on underserved and underrepresented communities, the program helps expand access to quality healthcare and strengthens the regional nursing workforce.
