Welcome to our campus! We are committed to making your visit as convenient and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re a patient, visitor, or employee, our parking and transportation services are designed to meet your needs.

Visitor and Patient Parking

Visitors and patients are welcome on campus. Special parking areas are designated exclusively for patients and visitors to ensure easy access to campus facilities.

Visitor and patient parkinglots:

• P1 - West Patient Lot (4700 Alberta Ave.)
• P2 - East Patient Lot (4800 Alberta Ave.)
• P3 - Raynolds Patient Lot (200 Raynolds St.)

Please note that vehicles parked in areas not designated for visitor parking may receive campus citations. For more information or assistance with visitor parking, contact the Parking Office at 915-215-4425.

Shuttles

Shuttle services are available to provide convenient transportation from designated parking areas.

Pick-up/Drop-off Locations:

• Academic Education Building (AEC) – Front Entrance
• Across from the Front Entrance of the Police Department
• Medical Education Building (MEB) – East Entrance

 

Paying and Appealing Citations

If you receive a parking citation, payments can be made:

• Online via the Park Admin system: https://ttuhsc.parkadmin.com

• In person at 5310 El Paso Drive.
