Visitors are encouraged to park at the designated visitor parking areas. Shuttle services are available to transport visitors to the main campus buildings. Please check with the Parking Office for additional information.

If you are driving an unregistered or rental vehicle, you must obtain a temporary parking permit. Visit the Parking Office with the following details:

  • Vehicle make
  • Model
  • Color
  • License plate number

Yes, but you must notify the Parking Office in advance. Call 915-215-4425 with the following information:

  • Vehicle make, model, and license plate number

  • Location where the vehicle will be parked This information will be forwarded to the Texas Tech Police Department. Failure to notify may result in the vehicle being towed.

To register for a handicap permit, provide the following to the Parking Office:

  • A copy of your handicap placard or vehicle registration form

  • Your driver’s license Please ensure both your parking decal and handicap permit are displayed to avoid citations. Parking in handicap-designated spaces without proper authorization is a violation of state law.

You may submit a parking citation appeal online through the Park Admin system or via email to parkingelp@ttuhsc.edu.

Students: Students with valid permits may park closer to campus after 3 p.m.

Visitors: Visitors may check with the Parking Office for specific areas available for after-hours parking.

Yes, shuttle services are available from the El Paso County Coliseum parking lot (P13) to the Medical Education Building (MEB) shuttle stop. Additional shuttles are available to other campus locations, including the Academic Education Center (AEC), Clinical Science Building (CSB), and El Paso Psychiatry Center (EPPC).
