Our Family Medicine Department recognizes that through a culture of inclusion, along with the promotion of diversity and equity, we create a stronger work and learning environment. In today’s society, cultural competence is a necessity for physicians to deliver the best possible care for patients, and we believe that this principle begins with diversity within our residency.
