Dear Vendor, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso Department of Surgery and the Office of Continuing Medical Education are sponsoring the 25th Annual Rio Grande Trauma Conference and Pediatric Update on December 5, 2024. The Department of Surgery invites you to participate in the program by providing a commercial exhibit in support of the conference, your sponsor support does not include support towards CME credits. Your sponsorship support includes a table with a table cloth, two chairs, breakfast, lunch, and your logo displayed outside of the area where the education is taking place. It is through strong support from companies such as yours that we have been able to offer quality conferences in the past. We would appreciate your participation and hope you can support this year’s conference.
This educational activity is designed for emergency medicine specialists; general and orthopaedic surgeons; anesthesiologists; radiologists; intensive and critical care specialists; advanced practice providers; registered nurses; EMS; physical and occupational therapists; and other health care professionals who work in trauma care.
If you would like to participate as an exhibitor, please complete the enclosed “Exhibit Booth Reservation Form” and return to the Department of Surgery. Exhibit space is $700.00. The exhibit fee is reflected on the Exhibit Booth Reservation Form. For this conference, exhibit fees are all the same, $700.00.
