Dear %%merge members_.FullName_%%, Thank you for your continued dedication to our university and mission. Because of community champions like you, our students have succeeded in continuing their education, completing their degrees and taking the next step in their health care journeys to serve the Borderland and beyond.
This year, we celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the Hunt School of Nursing, at a time when nurses are needed the most. After a year of enduring the COVID-19 pandemic, our nursing students continue working hard and overcoming challenges with adversity as they grow closer to becoming the next generation of trusted heroes.
The special Spring/Summer 2021 edition of TTUHSC El Paso Alumni & Friends, brought to you by the Office of Institutional Advancement, highlights the Hunt School of Nursing’s beginnings, accomplishments and visions for the future. It also offers a look at how our students and faculty have adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic and gives an update on the Hunt School of Dental Medicine as we look forward to welcoming its inaugural class of students this summer.
I hope you enjoy the Spring/Summer 2021 edition of our alumni magazine – it’s thanks to you that the accomplishments within its pages are possible.
