Texas Tech Health Science Center El Paso has begun using Experian, an income and employment verification company, to process employment and wage verification requests for current and former employees. Experian provides access to employment and wage data in a timely manner to securely deliver employment information to requestors such as banks or government agencies.

Experian employs a secure employment verification process. Not only does Experian validate the identity of all users of its system prior to allowing access to sensitive employee data, but a complete audit trail of every verification is created. Texas Tech Health El Paso team members can request social service requests through the Experian Portal with their Experian account. To create a personal account, please visit www.experianverify.com. Download the Employee Guide for instructions.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Texas Tech Health El Paso is eligible to participate in the Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. All PSLF verification forms must be electronically submitted through the PSLF Help Tool administered by the U.S. Department of Education. To apply, it’s essential to include the email address ElPasoHR@ttuhsc.edu.
